The Full Transition

The whole house handled. We pack, move, clear, clean, and hand back an empty home ready to list, with donation, resale, and junk removal sorted along the way. One move manager coordinates all of it.

How much does it cost?
The Move starts at $400 and The Full Transition starts at $760 for a 1 to 2 bedroom home. A 3 bedroom starts at $1,000 and $1,360, a 4 bedroom at $1,200 and $1,560. Where you land inside that depends on how much sorting and packing is involved and which parts you would like us to handle. Your free move plan confirms one fixed price in writing up front, with no hourly meter.
Is the Care Day medical care?
No. The Care Day is companionship and downsizing support, not medical or personal care. A dementia-trained companion spends the day with the person moving while we work. We lead with patience and experience, and we keep the day calm and unhurried.
What happens to whatever is not kept?
Items in good condition go to a local registered charity partner, and you receive a donation receipt. Valuables you would rather not keep can be sold, opt in, through our auction partner to help offset the cost of the move.
Do we have to deal with many different companies?
No. You deal with Simply Settled, and only Simply Settled. We handle everything ourselves, so it is one team, one bill, and one number to call.
How soon can you start?
As soon as you are ready. Sometimes we can move right away, sometimes a little planning comes first. Either way, we work around your timeline and confirm clear dates with you in your free move plan.
Can you help with selling the home?
We coordinate the listing with a trusted realtor partner, so the sale and the move stay under one plan. You get one point of contact and no extra work. We are not the listing service ourselves, we just make sure the two halves line up.
